The Broadway panels of the London 8 room kit are made from high-density fiberglass, and will remove any unwanted flutter, primary reflections, and echoes. The Broadway panels consist of the so-called scatter blocks which reduce the flutter and echo. LEDE - live end, dead end room design

In the early 70s studio engineers discovered that studios that were fully covered in sound absorbing materials provided an unnatural sound in real-life situations. From then on, rooms were only partly covered, and the covered part was called the dead end, because that's where the sound had a dry, dead character. The uncovered part that was left was called the live end, due to the lively, more open sound. These two concepts combined form the LEDE (Live End/Dead End) principle, which proved to be very successful. All Primacoustic room kits have been developed on the basis of this principle.
